KAERU PROGRAM
Kaeru is a mixed-age extended care program for Medaka no Gakko. Children engage in a variety of activities ranging from origami and crafts to active outdoor activities and games. The goal of this program is to create a safe, active and healthy environment where children explore their own interests in Japanese culture.
Program Hours:
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Program Schedule:
1:00 – 1:15 p.m. – Transition from Medaka to Kaeru. Kaeru children will meet to discuss the activity choices of the day and have a group activity time.
1:15 – 4:00 p.m. – Activity Time. Children will participate in their chosen activity. Activities change daily, such as cooking, crafts, cooperative games, stories, or free time.
4:00 p.m. – Pick up.

Please bring a lunch for your child every day.

Pick up is at 4:00 p.m. Please be prompt. The penalty for late pick up is $5 for each minute late if you do not pick your child up on time.
